According to the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS), inflation reached 25.8% in March of this year.
This is higher than the 23.2% that was noted in February 2024.
At a news briefing in Accra on Wednesday, April 10, government statistician Professor Samuel Kobina Annim said that although food inflation jumped to 29.6%, non-food inflation increased by 22.6 percent.
